We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very good area with easy access to the Vila Olímpia shopping mall. We were able to get to work by taxi in no time at all. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant buffet, packed lunches, and catering service available. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel. The only minor downside was that some of the room furnishings looked a bit old.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold food options. I especially enjoyed the amazing view from my room on the 27th floor.

I did find that the pool water was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and the breakfast provided was acceptable. the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It was not free, and even after paying for it, the quality was so poor that it was practically unusable. This was a letdown, especially for business travelers like us who rely heavily on a reliable and fast internet connection.
